Information provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments

With this communication, the undersigned OSMA Stampi S.p.A. informs you that your personal data or those referred to or referable to you will be managed by OSMA Stampi S.p.A. in full compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments relevant to data processing and in full compliance with confidentiality obligations.

Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations, carried out even without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data, even if they are not recorded in a database.

The privacy policy concerns the processing of personal data collected through the website www.osmastampi.it for the purposes specified below and does not concern information collected through other methods and sources, unless expressly specified. For the establishment and execution of contractual relationships with you, OSMA Stampi S.p.A. is the Collector of personal and particular data. Moreover, pursuant to and by effect of Art. 13 of the Regulation, we inform you of the following:

Data Controller

The Data Controller you can contact to assert your rights in conformity with Articles 7 and from 15 to 22 of the Regulation, reported below, is OSMA Stampi S.p.A., with registered office at Via del Progresso, 15 – 36050 Sovizzo (VI) and local unit at Via Galileo Galilei, 48 – 36030 Costabissara (VI), Tax Code/VAT number: 02953450240 in the person of the pro tempore Legal Representative; the aforementioned rights may also be exercised by you by sending communications to the following e-mail address: privacy@osmastampi.it.

Purpose of the processing

The data processed by the Company are those directly provided by you, with the use of services offered by the Website. Some data may require your registration and other data can be obtained through the installation of cookies, as described in the specific information.

The data processed for these purposes may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. and will be processed for the following:

  • the management of the relationship with the company for commercial purposes with a legal basis in order to execute pre-contractual and contractual procedures to carry out the plastic material molding activity;
  • the purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the management of the aforementioned relationship (for example, for the acquisition of pre-contractual information and for executing the services and operations agreed by the contract);
  • the analysis of the information obtained in order to propose products and services you can be interested in, by sending promotional information also by electronic means;
  • the purposes relating to monitoring the progress of customer relations and checking for any credit and fraud risk related to the services provided by the company;
  • the purposes related to legal obligations and to the instructions of Public Authorities or Supervisory Bodies, having a legal basis for fulfilling legal obligations;
  • marketing purposes, to send you via e-mail, post and/or text messages and/or telephone contacts, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products or services offered by the Data Controller and for getting information on the degree of satisfaction of the quality of services;
  • for complying with what is required by law.

Methods of processing and conservation

The processing of your personal data is carried out in conformity with the operations indicated in art. 4 point 2 of the Regulation and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and the destruction of data. The processing will be carried out in an automated and/or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the Regulation on security measures, by specifically appointed persons and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 of the Regulation.

The management of electronic communications and the processing of your personal data is carried out in compliance with TITLE X – Chapter I of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments.

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and for the regular execution of the activities in place. In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the data you provide electronically by filling out the forms provided on the domain www.osmastampi.it will be subject to computer and paper processing and processed by specific IT procedures in order to customize the services that the company offers you and will be processed by authorized subjects suitably trained in the field of privacy protection, with the use of security measures that guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data; the security of your personal data, preventing, for example, access to unauthorized subjects.

The data will be processed to guarantee their logical and physical security and confidentiality; the data processing can be carried out using tools designed to store, transmit and share the data.

Scope of communication and dissemination

The data may be made accessible, for communications and dissemination carried out in execution of legal and contractual obligations, to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller as Privacy Managers in charge/Data processors and/or System Administrators, to third-party companies or other subjects who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as Data Processors.

All personal data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationships established and also subsequently for the fulfillment of all legal obligations as well as for future commercial purposes.

In compliance with art. 7 of the Regulations and art. 130 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, the undersigned company would be pleased to send you commercial communications using your telephone number or e-mail address; the e-mail addresses you provided in previous business relationships will be used for sending communications unless your explicit refusal is communicated to privacy@osmastampi.it.

The domain www.osmastampi.it contains hypertext links that do not constitute communication to other domains; the company is not responsible for any privacy violations made to your detriment by such websites.

Transfer of personal data

Pursuant to art. 44 and following of the Regulation, in order to guarantee the regular management of the personal data being processed, the Company may, having acquired your express consent, for the purposes and in the manner provided in this information, transfer your personal data both to Member States of the European Union, and to third countries not belonging to the European Union.

Existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling

The company does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of the Regulation.

Rights of the interested party

Pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 679/2016, you may exercise, at any time, the right to the following:

a) to ask for confirmation of the existence of your personal data;
b) to obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
c) to obtain the correction and deletion of data;
d) to obtain the limitation of the processing;
e) to obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller;
f) to refuse the processing at any time as well as in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) to refuse an automated decision-making process relating to individuals, including profiling;
h) to ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or delete them or limit their processing or to refuse their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
i) to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal;
j) to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

How to exercise rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending:

How to withdraw consent to data processing
